Overview
The Top Employer Certification Celebration wanted a recognizable and flexible campaign identity that worked across different formats. As Lead Designer, I created the branding, stage design and modular social media visuals to keep everything cohesive and engaging. From the live show to the digital campaign and in-person events, everything fit together as they were designed to be. The goal was to make the celebration look prestigious but still feel welcoming and fun.

From sketch to stage
Bringing the late-night talk show concept to life started with sketches and moodboards that blended the Top Employer branding with a familiar late night show setting. The goal was to create a premium yet inviting setting that felt both professional and entertaining.
Social toolkit
A lot of Top Employer companies and individuals wanted to share their achievements. To help them do this, we designed a Social Toolkit with ready-to-use assets. It made creating eye-catching social media posts a breeze, while keeping everything on-brand and consistent across all digital channels.
