For Bol’s 25th anniversary, the goal was to create an event that celebrated the past while also looking ahead to the future. I designed a dynamic stage setup, collaborated with Supermassive on immersive screen content and Bol’s Creative Studio for on-screen content and branding, and guided Bol’s leadership in crafting visually impact keynotes. To tie it all together, I designed a modular Bol couch, which was even produced as real furniture.

From sketch to stage

Bringing the stage design to life required planning and communication with the stage builders. We focused on making the stage transport-efficient and environmentally friendly, ensuring a seamless transformation from concept to reality.

Immersive Content Design

With the stage design ready, it was time to create cool on-screen visuals. Together with Supermassive we created screen visuals that extended the set into a 3D illusion: by figuring out the angle and distance of the viewer, we made the screens feel like a natural extension of the space. Besides that I advised Bol's leadership to move away from boring Powerpoints and using the dynamic stage setup to tell a more engaging story while keeping the audiance hooked without overwhelming them (unfortunately I cannot share any content from those presentations).
