World of Workday
Design Objective
Workday, a leading provider of HR and finance solutions, faced a challenge: generating high-quality leads in an increasingly competitive landscape. To address this, we created a social media campaign that made audiences stop, think, and engage. The theme "Are you prepared?" played on the rapid changes in the HR and finance world, using bizarre yet thought-provoking scenarios to spark curiosity. From employees requesting to work on Mars to extended parental leave policies, each scenario challenged the audience's expectations and drove them toward Workday's whitepaper for answers.
Storyboard to Motion
Bringing these scenarios to life required a seamless transition from concept to design. I developed six unique storyboards, ensuring each frame was visually interesting enough and adaptable for multiple social media formats. The Corporate Memphis-style illustrations, aligned with Workday's branding, were designed to be instantly recognizable while making these complex topics feel approachable. I worked closely together with the motion graphics designer and this way we transformed the visuals into engaging 15" animations.
