The Top Employer Certification Celebration wanted a recognizable and flexible campaign identity that worked across different formats. As Lead Designer, I created the branding, stage design and modular social media visuals to keep everything cohesive and engaging. From the live show to the digital campaign and in-person events, everything fit together as they were designed to be. The goal was to make the celebration look prestigious but still feel welcoming and fun.
Bringing the late-night talk show concept to life started with sketches and moodboards that blended the Top Employer branding with a familiar late night show setting. The goal was to create a premium yet inviting setting that felt both professional and entertaining.
